About Beth Roche HBCE

I am Beth Roche, and am a certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner.   I have been proud to own and teach at Sheffield HypnoBirthing, which  is affiliated with the HypnoBirthing Institute, since March 2008.  I trained in Scotland with Renee Buchannan. Before giving birth to my son, I was an enthusiastic and highly experienced qualified Early Years teacher. The passion I then held for helping people to achieve the best out of life and their experiences. This passion, along with the HypnoBirthing® birth of my son motivated me to become a HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, and I have since given birth to my Daughter using HypnoBirthing. The classes that I now teach with the HypnoBirthing program; I find so inspiring and love watching couples grow in confidence and security as each course progresses.

I am a trained volunteer Breastfeeding Peer Supporter for the local National Childbirth Trust (NCT). I come into contact with many birthing professionals, including Doula’s, Midwives, pregnancy Yoga specialists etc. Together we are working to improve the experiences of women in their birthing and with their newborns in Sheffield and surrounding areas.
